Get Lost

I have lost a lot in my lifetime- friends, family, a child, pets, a job, lovers, and so many more things. There was a time when I looked at these things as a negative but I now realize those things weren't meant to be for me and for all the losses I have experienced I have gained strength, peace of mind, and a knowledge that my life can go on even in times of trouble. So for that reason I look back on those losses, not with sadness, but with an appreciative heart because I could have given up and never experienced the highs afterward.

The fact of not having lost faith in yourself, and having been resilient, is the major element here. Learning life is to learn how to be resilient. Those who cannot be...commit suicide. The longer we life, the more we discover that life is ruled by a large number of coincidences that may or may not be planned, but are certainly an interlocking puzzle.

The more I get older, the more I realize that people come to your life for a reason, season and life long, it just some times we enjoy the feeling we receive from them too much that we do not want to let go.
