I Am the Last Living Member of My Family

I am the last living member of my biological family. I have no brothers or sisters, mom and dad, the grandparents on both sides and any of their siblings are all dead. All I have now is my husband and his mother and 2 sisters( one of which he doesn't even claim to be related to ) and his aunt.

I've seen so many deaths I don't really even get sad anymore about it, although there have been a couple in the recent past couple of years that were very good people and are sorely missed in our world.

you have your husband and his family, and after all, isn't that one of the pluses of having a significant other? I am the last family member left, I don't even have a spouse
so, count your blessings

I know what you mean. I have have lost my grandparents on both sides, several uncles, aunts, and cousins. I still get a little sad, but that is normal. My father has also passed away. My mother is still livingbut not doing all that good. Keep up the courage. You are an ispiration to others here. Thanks for sharing your story.
