How About 110? :)

I have lost 110 lbs

I was always overweight, and I never felt like I was “enough”. I tried many diets but I seldom lost a significant amount of weight, and if I did, it always came back-and more.

In 2008, while I was pregnant with my 2nd son, I started having numbness in my leg, and I lost my vision in one eye for 4 days. This led to MRIs, and the discovery that I had Multiple Sclerosis. I vowed I would be at a healthy weight by my 25th birthday.

I started intense cardio 5 days a week, a reduced calorie diet, and strength training 3-4 days a week. When my emotions got the best of me, instead of eating, I got on my bike and spun away the stress. I found a healthy substitution for the coping mechanism I established so long ago.

My MS is in remission now, and my Neurologist says that is largely because of my new healthy body and lifestyle. I eat right, I drink at least 8 cups of water a day, and I have never felt this good, or this accomplished! I have gone from a size 24W to a 4! If I can do it with 2 little boys at home, and a debilitating illness, anyone can! I have inspired countless friends to start working out and eating right and my whole family is feeling like new!

I'm 367lbs. and have been up and down for years.
Now, I've got Lymphodema very bad, neuropathy which is sooo painful! on the bottom of my feet! and both knees are bone to bone... deg. osteo arthritis - no cartilage - i'd LOVE to ride a bike and peddle it all away . . . but i'm afraid i cannot even get ON one and my knees won't allow much peddling.
I had a by-pass in 2001 which was botched and had to be redone. That took me down to 244lbs. I never felt so good.
