Losing Weight Naturally

In the past year, I've lost more than 30 lbs. and now fit into clothes two sizes smaller. I did it by reducing my sugar and salt intake, and eliminating all hydrogenated oils. While that sounds easy, you wouldn't believe how many foods have salt and sugar in them, including "healthy" drinks, cereals, etc. This isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle I plan on continuing. In addition, I exercise daily. Once you get used to doing it, exercise is really fun - I'm investigating additional exercises I can add to my regimen in fact. I'm just starting to accept that I look good - getting comments from others hasn't hurt either! I'm also learning to wear more form-fitting clothes - I'm now proud of my body and want to show it off!

Thanks for the encouragement! Right now, I'm working on firming up my upper arms and thighs, and doing crunches for my midsection. Wish I could get this bod' firm up faster!
