Update Since Oct 2nd.

Today I went and weight and measured. Since Oct 2nd. I have lost 5.5 pounds. I lost 19inches over all my body. Weight loss to date is 44.50pounds. My first goal is a mere 13.5 pounds away. My I can't remember even weighting this much . I'm not ashamed to my weight. I just hate the way it makes me feel. I have always seen in my mind. A skinny me in my lifetime. So this is my gift to myself. To get healthy and fit before I turn 50 in 2014. I can't believe it sometimes. Good luck on your road to healthy lifestyle. Peace :) :)   Update today 11/13 I lost 1.5 lbs since last Thursday.  So now I need 12 pounds too first goal.  Can I loss it before the end of the year? Maybe. I'm completely overjoyed with myself and hard work . Peace:) :) So 46 pounds to date
