I was 267 in January of 2012 and in 11+ months I'm down to 180. I workout 5 to 6 days a week and stay around 2000 calories a day. I quit eating all the bad stuff. No white bread , no soda only water, and no candy or pastries. I want to be lean. My goal is 11% body fat. So the goal now is to build muscle and loose fat, not so much as focusing on weight.
