maybe no self esteem is more accurate. some have a hard time understanding why i could feel this way. i have way too many examples in life where i have seen how i am valued by others. years and years of them. i ignored most of it through sheer arrogance but even an oblivious man may see the truth when it hits them often enough.

i am no ones first choice. still living the moment over and over when all the teams are chosen and you are the last left. watching the negotiation over who is going to take you.

too smart to believe the lies i tell myself and too stupid to come up with better. at least it doesnt hurt as bad as it used to.

Have you tried listening to Tony Robbins or I find them to be very helpful, not a miracle, but when i'm depressed i watch a few shows, take crazy notes and just immerse you self in them, Actualized.rg seems corny at fisrt but the kid is quoting some pretty respectable psychologists, its worth checking out
