Yes...

When you have someone telling you you're ugly everyday, you tend to have low self-esteem.And when you havea group of people shouting it at you... it gets worse. When you have no friends, and you have been rejected for no apparent reason, you tend to have low self-esteem. When people hate you for being who you are, and make fun of you all the time, you start to dislike yourself. I have low self-esteem. When I look in the mirror, it is a rare occasion that I see a flicker of beauty pass across my face. I always used to tell the friends I had that it would make my day for someone, even just a random person, to tell me that I was pretty and mean it. The only ones who ever tell me I'm pretty are my family and the kids I babysit. Because of those people who always put me down, I have low self-esteem. And I also have SAD from all those years of bullying and rejection. I even stutter at times and shake (which may be caused by my stomach problems). So, yes, I have low self-esteem...

:( same here. my bf tells me im pretty and hot, but i have a hideous mush of pimples and dry and red mixed with pale skin. i hate my face. i like my body though. people need to know when to shut thier mouths sometimes.<br />
its the looks i think that are the worst though, like when you think you feel so pretty and then someone gives you a dirty look and laughs and it all falls.
