To Start Life

I want to show you the other side of how you people think. I am 25, female and for the past 13 years I have been an alter-ego to a man that has learned to accept me. I never as far as my looks and how I feel but I learn just the same as any of you. My best friend is another split personality that I met during my life. Me and my "Host" have learned to work together and organize certain things such as what days we get to be out or what time of the day we get to be out. I decided to post here in search of other websites that I might get more out of meeting people. There is 20+ people that come here but I want to expand to other places. This is the first time I have directly told the public about my existence. Please, if you have any questions you are free to ask. Thank you for reading this post and I hope to hear from you in the future.

For years I didn't know any of the terminology, just that I was different. There was the original, Stephanie, and the rest of us. Sadly, she's gone. We've just joined this group in order to help us remember that we're not alone in this. Thanks.

Until I get my account fixed, I will use Anexova2. The word "Host" sounds like a parasite when I think about it but I got the word from a book called, "The Host". My friend mentioned it to me because it reminded her of my situation. It is a very good read. I'll go on to reading your topic, sounds interesting.

i am very glad you posted. my alter posted "new to the site" and if you read it you'll find a few similarities. no matter which of me is posting you will never see me use the word "host" only because we are both unsure of who came first and we get along so well that it really doesn't matter. i like having someone around all the time to keep me company and as you said. we decide together which days i should be out and which days mark should be out. he is my best friend. i am his alter and he is mine. i hope this response gives you some peace of mind that you are not alone. i know your post gave us that much.
