How Do You Get In One!!

woah people still answering this.. Well currently I am 23. I've traveled to 12 different countries over that span of time. Lived in 4. Had one serious relationship, and four non-serious.. To be honest. I was ******* bitching and whining when I wrote that.. The whole point I guess is get out there, and be yourself. I'm still that nice guy, but I had to advertise something else to seem interesting. Which I have done. There is no secret its just well simply put. I still have yet to date an American chick. I mean the only girl I was serious with was from France, and soo my experience varied from kenya, sri lanka, etc etc. Anyway I can be confident enough to say but both American men, and women at a young adult age waste their youth away with playing games instead of just enjoying life, and the moment.

@LordBlazer: D@mn, you're so lucky to have traveled so much at such a young age! I'm almost 23, from the US and the farthest I've been is Canada! I want to leave the US for an extensive time, not to find love, but just to leave! You're very lucky. I guess you did what you wanted to do. I would too, if I wasn't so broke. Good for you, man.

That's fantastic, mate.
Travelling around the world certainly opens one's eyes about so many aspects of life. You're right about the youth in North America wasting their youth on meaningless experiences and games.
You don't want to date an American. Stick with the French girls :)
Way to go, bud.

It's true - being an honest and genuinely nice person will not get you anywhere when it comes to the ladies. They all say that this is what they want in a man, but they really want the obnoxious guy who will hit on them drunkenly while at the bar. I think that women must live for drama, in a way. If a relationship is blissful, it's boring. There's nothing to go complaining about and crying to your girlfriends for. Seems like there has to be some sort of conflict. A constant 'working things out' that makes it interesting for her, and her idiot friends. There need to be some pshychological studies done on this phenomenon.

IT has worked for me. Being the nice guy. Women overall grow up, and realize what they really want. If it isn't me, then I move on. Overall I am nice, and just show interest. Some women like to be treated like a cavewoman. I don't go for them. Sooo I get a bit more selective, and dating hasn't been so bad. I do not go after ordinary women though so that is probably why things have worked out for me. I hope they work out for you. I don't pick up chicks from the bar.

Well LordBlazer! All what I can say is that Love is every where around us and the greatest mistake of someone is not to make a mistake or fail but not to have tried; I am sure you are a nice guys, kind and respectful, but it is not enough; you are a man and you have to take your courage before hand and conquer your fear. In the other hand, falling in love is not conceptual, or something that you need to do to please society; you have to be ready for that. Trust me if you approach a girl without really feeling something for her, you might fail and this would affect all your emotional relationship the rest of your life. Good luck; I am sure by this time there is a girl around your area waiting for you to say " hi". TRY

being in the 20's is hard because you like to start finding love young. Sadly for me it never happened . iam 37 now & havent been kissed yet

I don't know. Getting a mutual feeling from someone beyond friendship is extremely hard (actually impossible) for me. It must be the same for a few of us here.

dont get down about i know a couple girls looking for a guy like you heck im one. im 26 and i have had like only two real relatioships i guess you can call it most guys i have known have only want friends with benifits. some times it feels that no one believes in comment any more. you will find someone there is always girls looking for sweet or nice guys

I know how you feel. I'm almost 21 and I've never had a boyfriend. Its so embarrassing that I wonder if I'll just spend the rest of my life alone.

You are NOT the only one. I'm the same way...and I also feel sometimes like I'm missing out on my youth. Many people my age are already getting married, and I've never even had a girlfriend...before I know it, all the girls I like are going to be married, and it will be too late.

But then sometimes, I think I'm glad I've never had a girlfriend because I'm blessed that I've never had to deal with all the crap that comes with it (dating, breakups, etc.)

tell me about it!

it is one zone that i have not ventured into yet!
