I've Never Had a Relationship.

im 23 and never been in a relationship. i dont like talking about it. when people learn that ive never had a boyfriend, they are super shocked. "really?? are you serious?!?" yes ***** im serious. why would i lie about something like that. i feel like a freak leper

I'm 42 and never had a relationship..it actually gets a bit eadier to cope with at my age..some people are just not skilled at forming attachments..i'm hoping you have more success though.

its all about confidence. theres tons of people that are sittin there miserable about how they havent been with someone or having trouble whatever, and then when you go out somewhere it shows. im a master at failing. for every girl ive met, ive screwed up a hundred times. thats the art of success, screwin up. you go around miserable, well i dont blame anyone for not talking to you. you got to put off a positive confident attitude and they come to you. i have met more people being shfaced drunk because i am most happy and confident that way. not saying take up heavy drinking, but it goes to show what personaity is inviting. the one thats loose, happy, and doesnt care what happens in the end.

I didn't have sex until I was 19 and it wasn't until I found the right person. ... Nine years later we married, but sadly it didn't last. Worse still, I had married someone else, not out of love but companionship, when my original husband came beck to me and proposed again.



Moral to this issue....never give up on love, even if it seems not to be working out.... there is always a way.

Thing is I'm always imagining really romantic situations in my head. I have a lot of love in this big ol' heart, but no one to give it to :( but yes, so long as you're not giving up, I'm not either! :D

Maybe it's your subconscious that isn't ready for a relationship so it makes you attracted to people you can't have ?

Ah, falling for someone, or even just liking someone you can't have always sucks, trust me I know the feeling. But try not to dwell on it, maybe it's just not meant to be, move on and I'm sure with time you'll find something amazing.

The problem is it's taken. that's why I'm considering just giving up. It hurts too much, waaah :D

Oh I have the same mindset! It's always "oh, I'll just meet someone in high school." and then it was "I'll just wait til college to find someone." It's ridiculously difficult. This may sound cliche, but I do believe that we find love when we least expect it :)

I'm sure there is someone out there for you. You do have to get out and live life and not watch it.

I too think we do need someone, and yes, I really do need someone at times. I think part of the problem is that I tend to see myself in life's audience, never on stage, if you see what I mean.



Who knows, perhaps there's someone waiting for me in the future :)

It's my general belief that it's part of the human condition to need someone else in some way or other. Not, of course, that I'm definitely right, but I think you should, at least once, try to enter some relationship before deciding it's better to be alone.
