I think I am hideous, fat, and not at all interesting or attractive. My friends try to tell me otherwise, but that's what friends are supposed to do so I really just can't believe them.

    Oh my! i have the exact same problem :/ (unfortunately) but somebody told me that i should see every feature that i hate about myself and think "hm. these are probably the most beautiful features in somebody else's eyes! i should embrace it!" and just think to yourself that 'i am beautiful' even if you dont really feel it. if you pretend to feel that your beautiful then eventually the feeling will become real! i am sure you are very beautiful and i think you should embrace it! i really really hope this helps you!!!
