Third World Countries???

So, I have a Pseudopapillary Tumor on my Pancreas.
My only option is Surgery.  Due to the location of the tumor, they must take out the Spleen too.
This makes me nervous because I have plans to move to a third world country.  Some doctors say that I wouldn't be able to do that without a Spleen, while others disagree.  I've meet with countless doctors and now am hopeless for solid answers.  Because this is such a rare tumor though, I've resigned myself to the fact that I probably won't be getting any of those answers.

Also too, with my history of Lupus Anti-coagulant and a stroke, I am wondering how my body would react to the change.

Can any of you help?

I would really like to know what are ALL the side effects of living without a Spleen and if my future plans of living elsewhere would be possible:)

Thank you!
