Some Relief...

So I have tried to stretch the affected area (just under my left shoulder blade). I have been putting my arm behind my back and reaching my hand up toward my right shoulder blade. I take slow deep breaths which help bring oxygen to the muscles. The idea is to relax in this postion...very awkward postion. Then I switch and stretch the other arm. This is very important. I have had some relief from this stretch. I think I'll try applying ice after stretching to see if the relief can last a little longer. I am determined to end the itch :)
