    It's miserable, I know, and I'm sorry you have to go through that. I assume you're using a heating pad to help alleviate some of the pain? If that doesn't help you, try using an ice bag on your abdomen. I know it sounds crazy, but I found that ice took a little bit of the edge off the pain for me sometimes. I even use it on my head during my migraines.
