My Panics

The first time I remember having a panic attack was right after a car accident. I was sitting there, couldn't breathe, hands shaking, felt like was going to be sick... That was my first one...
Since then I get them regularly as soon as something emotional from my past resurfaces. It affects me in so many ways possible.
Right now I just had one... :-(

I'm not really ashamed of myself anymore.... I guess that happens when you leave your past behind....

i have a panic attack when someone look straight to my eyes becuz i feel totally ashamed of myself

I can't... It centers around one person now...

Sounds to me like your panic attacks might be a symptom of PTSD. PTSD is treatable. I have read that EMDR is a wonderful treatment for PTSD that brings results in a relatively short period of time. You can find info on this treatment on the web. It was a difficult thing going through the accident and there's no reason why you should continue to suffer with any aftermath. Seek professional help. Its out there.
