you think of something and It starts to freak you out! you cant get it out of your head. you start to think the worst of situations and you cant tell yourself to calm down. and when this happens you start to breath fast and you cant control it, then you start to shake, and sometimes your hands fall asleep. this makes you more nervous so then you get dizzy. you ask yourself are you really having an anxiety attack or are you just asking for attention?
