Just Had a Panick Attack

Hi there Have not add an attack for a week , thought they had gone for good, hey ho. Started getting them in February this year brought on by stress and anxiety. Got todays attack under control with in an hour. My attacks for the first couple of months were in the foorm of feeling cold and tingly to a couple of months later joined with the rest of the Panic/anxiety attack symptoms. Have just joined up to the linden technique. Any body here from South West London?
