    Welcome to the group- I also have PCOS and have read much of the literature on it. I've decided to just go to the gym 5 days a week, do muscle training as well as cardio, and I also have tried to stick to a low glycemic diet, lots of fruits and veggies, no potatoes or pasta's or white rice (well a little bit of white rice ;))



    "The PCOS diet" is a good book to check out. We have to work twice as hard to be half as thin as others out there unfortunately- I'm not going to let it beat me- I've needed to lose 100 lbs, so far I have lost 20, 80 more to go, I hope to get it done in 1-2 more years :)
