I feel like I am drowning today! countless hours in the gym and I still look like a pregnant woman...which is ironic since I can't get pregnant. I am depressed even though I have a full-time job and was promoted after 3 months, I just got into grad school, and all in all I have been pretty great... I wish PCOS would leave me alone...

Do you know, countless hours in the gym will never work for PCOS. You just need to do strength taking exercises once a week, and some walking everyday. It will seriously work. Try it once.

I hope you've already cut out on sugar and processed food and high carb. Leaving gluten helps a lot too.

I know what you mean girl it's hard but stay focus! Don't let PCOS get you down!
