I have just got a brace im 17 and is wondering from peoples experiences how long did they wear it for until you just wore it of an evening and night time. Also how long was it wearing it 24 hours did you notice a improvement of your chest?

    I wore it at night only for a year and a half it worked great. Go o. YouTube Hayleys Story Pectus carinatum and that explains it all for my story lol
