I'm here to tell you young strapping lads with your poorly shaped chests...there is HOPE! I didn't start working on mine until two years ago, well after it's probably 90% set and I've made noticeable changes.

Posture and proper musculature is key.
You have got to get those abs strong and pulling the flare in during all of your awake time (having an active job is a plus as this makes keeping your core engaged MUCH easier), and you need those back muscles to prevent the shoulder roll and to stretch the chest out.

Deep breathing, stretching and core strengthening & proper posture can make a very noticeable difference over the course of 2-5 years. If you're really that upset by it, as I've been, it's worth looking long term right now.

If you have poor posture, low body weight, gamer addiction, you need to realize you're not helping and possibly worsening your condition.
