My Diagnosis

In 2008 my doctor discovered a mass on my left kidney which they were all but positive was cancerous due to about 95% of them are. They recommended removing the kidney being the tumor was connected to the inside wall of the kidney.
Surgery was successful, and pathology determined it was a non cancer tumor. (Thank God!)
Following that surgery I visited an Endrocrinologist, and after doing a blood profile it was discovered my prolactin level was above 800...I understand normal level is below 20.
The MRI determined I had a petuitary tumor. He put me on a medication called Cabrogoline which I have been on ever since. I am getting along fine and my prolactin level is now normal. I do question if I have the tumor removed could I get off the Cabrogoline.
