Once A Month I Have A Precognitive Dream

About once a month I'll have a dream that I kinda remember but don't see as being very important, eventually I'll relive it in reality I have rediculous Deja vu from it and try to remember the exact layout of the situation so that I can try and change it, unfortunately I can never fully remember the exact specifics of the dream so I always end up playing it out as I should. I know I do this because after I get a sense of accomplishment. This kinda freaks me out because of the overwhelming sense of Deja Vu that I get. Also it would seem that I have very lucid dreams and I can instantly recall a dream back if I've woken up and want to reimmerse myself back into it.
