Hi im new here and I just wanted to say that ive had psoriasis since my teenage yrs. My cousin had it as well but she had a dog whom she would let lick her problem areas and they went away never to return. Now myself on the other hand I cant stand it its gettn way out of hand I dont wear shorts nor skirts when I wear short sleeves people stare I jus want to die some times its soooooooooooooooooooo annoying its attacking my fingers unda my breast my knees elbows I cant take it I dont know what to do :(

My mom has psoriasis.. its mainly on her scalp but recently it started covering her elbows again. Part of its stress but the other part is finding something that helps. When she was in Germany (born there) the Drs would send her to the dead sea.. obviously its an expensive journey but we found something that works SO well I started working with the products myself.
Its called Seacret.. and I would love to chat with you and tell you more about how its helped her out

can you try a vegan diet, with less acidic fruits.
