Yes. It's very possible to die. It happened to me close to ten years ago. I've been dead ever since and He isn't interested in any prayers from me or anyone else on my behalf. It was great while it lasted though. He really does change lives.

God is married to the backslider.

Yes, until He divorces them. When this happens, He never remarries them. He plays by His own rules.

I think you are being decieved by Satan. If you truely repentant from your sins, and still wish for a life with God he will readily accept you. Dont allow yourself to be lied to. Rebuke any feelings that you are not one of his. Read your Bible.

Oh, shut up. I am so sick and tired of you idiots who don't know scriptural truth about losing salvation and who bury your heads in the sand because the truth scares you. I've no more patience for you morons. Be gone with you, idiot.

Mystro, thanks for the comment ba<x>sed on your opinion without anything to refute the sc<x>riptures mentioned, do i take it that all those that take the name of our Lord Jesus as to being followers are all saved? JWs Mormons Roman Catholics to name a few, or is the NT full of contradictions and therefore unreliable, only the born again believer provided they perservere will gain the prize is clearly taught throughout the NT, otherwise ex<x>pressions as to counting the cost are meaningless, any individual that calims to be a follower of Jesus and lives like the rest of society has a problem according to sc<x>ripture, if living in sin as a way of life, and confessing same on occassions is sc<x>riptural then we would all be Roman Catholics.

Genuine repentance means being so sorry for what you have done that you turn away and never do it again. We are all human and as such, we will fall again. But my qustion for you is this. How many chances will you give your child to learn to walk? At what point do you throw your hans up and say, "That's is buddy we have given you enough chance... now, you are going to crawl the rest of your life." Sounds rediculous right. You give them as many chance as it takes! Don't you think that God in all of His infinate wisdom, feels the same way about us. This is the reason for Jesus' sacrifice. When we fall short, we are the ones who suffer, not God. If we only knew the absolute bliss of walking in God's light, we would not hesitate to do it. Kitsune is absolutely right, you can't loose your salvation. We are cheering for you, you will learn to walk. -Blessings

Well said!

Yes, one can fall from grace. "He that endures to the end shall be saved"...."Be not moved away from the hope of the gospel."
