The Bible

I used to consider myself an agnostic, but about twenty years ago, I decided to read the whole bible, old and new testaments. I read a few pages every morning before work. It took me months to get through it. That experience turned me into an atheist, I don't understand how anyone could really read the whole thing and not come to the same conclusion.

Thank you for your comment, I appreciate your viewpoint. Have a great day!

Good evening Lostin myown home,
I've read your story and yes I can relate to what you say. I'm sorry that you have been turned away from believing in God because of what you have read in the Bible. However it is my beliefthat God never actually wrote any books as he/she does not need to in order to communicate with us. So yes I can gree with you to a point. This book is loaded with inconsistencies and contradictions, but this is due to the fact that it was writen by mere mortals, whom I believe had their own agenda going on, which was nothing got to do with God at all. This is just a personal opinion. I do believe in God/Allah/ Yahwe, but I do not support or believe in the Bible.
Take care,
