Bits N Pieces

For me, it's not that I have a vivid nightmare.... my problem is that I wake up, sobbing or whining, my heart is racing, I'm sweating.... with tears on my face.... BUT I DON'T REMEMBER ANYTHING.  Then, I can't shake that feeling and it stays with me for most of the day.....

I guess that isn't technically a nightmare but I wanted to share.  It happened this morning.  First time in a long while.  Didn't do anything unusual before bed..... *big sigh* maybe I'm glad I don't remember anything.

*sigh* I really didn't want to do this, but if you really want to remember you dreams meditate before you go to bed. you might want to read a book, listen to calming music, ect. Keep a dream journal too so ( you wake up turn toward your journal) and make it a habit too. I didn't want to do this , but you need to know.

...i will trade with you! i wake up and start sobbing cuz of the things i see in dreams, sometimes it ruins my entire day cuz those images or things i did are burnt into my mind...*sigh* i used to love dreaming when i was a kid, i saw fun awesome stuff...i havent had a good dream in ages...just nightmares...everynight...

sometimes its worse remembering wat ur dreams were about. i always have terrible dreams of people from my school dying. then when i go to school i cant stop thinking of how horrible their death was in the dream.
