Thanks for the response. I mainly have problems in my hands.

I do juice usually having an apple, celery, carrots, and ginger. For a while I cut out all sugar and anything with gluten. Also I seldom if ever eat anything with soy. However, I did not notice any major changes. I have not had the massages. I will try the Magnesium, Potassium, and Boron but Xylitol does stange things to my stomach. How much of each did she take?

I think earthclinic dot com is probably a good place to find info on RA. My wife treated her RA with Magnesium, Potassium, Boron and Xylitol supplements To that internal source she added external sources in daily baths of Magnesium (Epsom salt aka magnesium sulfate) and Boron ( Borax aka twenty mule team laundry). And finally she did massage. especially brush massage, for the lymphatic system (aka immune system). It took 3 months to finally get down from painful, red, swollen feet, hands, knees and shoulders to just the occassional feeling of stiffness in the hands. Also she juiced. carrott, celery and cucumber juice. A glass 4 times a day. Now 3 months later she is able to survive mostly with the massage brush and a weekly supplement of magnesium and juice. Also she STOPPEd all grains and all dairy, including yogurt, and all desserts or sugars except mollasses, and most beans, especially the new nonsense marvel of soy.
