I Have Rheumatoid Arthritis
Has anyone use potato juice as a form of treatment for RA?
I drink a juice made of ginger, apples, and celery everyday. First of all I like the juice and it is suppose to be overall good for you. However, I have not found any major benefits for my RA which manifests itself mainly in my hands. I am going to add potatoes to my juicing and see what happens.
The only caution I wonder about is that potatoes are part of the nightshade family which is supposed to be bad for RA. I find that if I eat a lot of tomatoes my symptoms worsen. One every now and then does not seem to have any effect.
I would appreciate any comments regarding this and/or any other suggestions particularly regarding juicing and RA.
