I Have Had Schamberg's Disease For Years

I have had Schamberg's Disease, but it was not diagnosed until a few months ago.  Mine is on my shins and comes and goes, but has not gone away this time for a year.  It seems to act up again when I use certain lotions or sunless tanning products, so I am careful about what I use.  The Dr. gave very strong steriod cream, but it is not helping.  Now I am breaking out in a rash all over my body, but it is very itchy bumps with no color.  I can' t take the intense itching any more.  I saw someone used a skin cap product.  Has anyone else had luck with this or something else?
