Hi, the winter can be depressive but when I go for a walk and hear birds voices I know that it's coming the most beautiful part of the year, the spring. The day will be longer, there will be a lot of light. I have a little garden outside my town and I'm going to spend my spare time gardening. But the winter can be also exciting. I've found my way to beaten my bad mood in winter. I have few friends and every Sunday we take a bus or a train and go to the countryside. And we go for a long stroll, e.g. 15 km. We make a fire to warm ourself and we drink fruit liqueur made by us. It has been snowing all day in my place and I'm looking forward to Sunday and my trip with friends.

Sure do WRT the D3... and you are right... I need to make a run for the sun. Sadly, can't afford it at present. Must manifest energy... and airfare.

I assume you supplement with Vitamin D3.
Sounds like its time for you to treat yourself well and go somewhere where the sun is a lot warmer. You can resolve all blockers to your greatest health and well being. Just put some of your days energy into it, each day. Think about it, dream about it etc. Make the decision within yourself.
