I've been doing some research on seasonal affective disorder. There seems to be a correlation between the disorder and vitamin d insufficiency. Has anyone tried taking vitamin d and seen real improvement?

I've definitely noticed significant improvement with both extra sun and vitamin D since the beginning of february.

Does this also help with the Summer Blues?

To my knowledge, winter and summer SAD have different causes (winter mainly being a lack of light=lack of vitamin D). So I doubt it. :

I TOO WAS low on vit D, when I had a panic attack.
