I Have Had Numerous Encounters With Angels...

I have had quite a few experiences with angels, but the two most important ones to me are the following:

1) I was living in Maine with my ex-husband, who was a naval officer. We lived in Portland, but his job was in Bath, where the ship was being built. The first major snow storm hit while I had the car, and I had to go get him. I was terrified because I didnt drive well in snow. Its a 45 minute drive, but it took me a very long time to get there. At one point, my car slid completely around, but no one would stop to help me. I finally made it to Bath, and as I turned onto the main road, I realized it was a very large hill, and my ex was at the bottom. As I turned, my car just started sliding, and hit a pole. I wasnt hurt, but was scared silly, and in tears. Now this was a ship building town, and there were whistles to let everyone know which shift was up. At this point, there wasnt a soul on the street, but I heard a knock on the window, and there was a man in a flannel shirt, who asked if I needed help. I just sobbed harder, so he told me he would drive me to Chris(He actually used his name without me telling him my ex's name). Now I would never let anyone I didnt know into the car with me, but I got out and got into the passenger side, and allowed this man to drive me to the office. When we got to the bottom of the hill, he said, now go inside and Chris will take care of you. He will be more worried about you than his car. When I started walking towards the office, I realized I hadnt gotten his name, but there was no one in site. It was freezing cold, but the man only had a flannel shirt on. There is no doubt in my mind that he was an angel, and I am forever grateful for him helping me down the hill, because I would never had made it by myself.

2) Years later, I was living in VA and had dropped off a friend at the base very late at night. It was a good ways from where I lived, and it was getting closer to midnight as I heard a loud thump. Then to my horror, I realized I had a flat tire. This was long before any of us had cell phones, and the exit I had to take was one of the worst areas in Norfolk. I finally pulled off the road, wondering if I was going to make it home alive, as there had just recently been quite a few rapes and murders in this particular area. All of a sudden, there was some huge lights coming up behind me. I didnt have any lights on, and now I was shaking, wondering who this was, and what would happen. A man got out of this huge pick up truck, talking to me the whole time. He said he wasnt going to hurt me, that he had a sister, and would hope that if she had a flat, that someone would help her. He was so calming that I got out of the car, and tried to help him find the car jack. He was a large man, with a big handlebar mustache. He told me he was a fireman, and told me the station he worked at. Not one person drove by during this time, which I was VERY thankful for. I thanked him for helping me, and again reassuring me that I was going to be fine, but to go on home, he left as I did. The next day, I called the fire station, and yep, you guessed it...he didnt work there, and they did not know who he was. But he was an angel to me....he could not have shown up at a better time!

I like the way she didn't border to respond.
It is difficult to understand why we humans try to tell God how He should think and what He would do to make Him God. To me that's absurd and foolish.
I don't even care whether she saw angels or not but to say God saving a woman does not speak well of Him because of some crap in the world brought about by the consequences of human beings rebellion, pride and unbelieve ...I think you shouldn't speak like that.

SCEPTICAL NO.......THAT WOULD TAKE AN EVALULATION OF EVIDENCE THIS WAS AN EVERY DAY INCIDENT WITH OUT EVIDENCE OF ANY KIND THAT MOST PEOPLE MIGHT THINK WAS LUCKY TIMING...YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM MADE YOU CONNECT IT TO ANGELS...........IF IT WAS AN ANGEL IT DOES NOT SPEAK WELL OF GOD ...ALL THE CRAP IN THE WORLD AND HIS PRIORITIES IS YOU MIGHT BE STUCK IN A CAR FOR HALF AN HOUR SEND IN THE CAVALERY.

These are hardly fantasies...If you have ever been to Maine in the dead of winter, you would know that no one in their right mind would be out in the snow without a coat. Since at that time of my life I did not believe in the supernatural, nor much with Angels...there was no way to define this event other than a supernatural event. Sorry you are sceptic.

You have more faith in your own fantasies then in human beings.........if some body told you the guy in the flannel shirt was an alien would that make more sence than a guy out in the cold with the wrong cloths
