I Have Sjogrens
This is the first time I’ve ever participated on a website like this, so please bear with me if I don’t know all the proper etiquette. I’m a 58 year old male and was diagnosed with Sjogrens about 15 years ago. My main symptoms are dry eyes and mouth, fatigue and brain fog. I guess that the moisture in my lungs has also been affected because unless I breathe steam twice daily I also experience chronic cold/flu like symptoms. The symptoms can be quite overwhelming at times.
In order to manage the disease I take plaquinil and Evoxac daily. I exercise about 5 times per week and have found that the additional activity helps a great deal. Also, through trial and error, I’ve found a supplement regiment that seems to have a major positive impact on how I feel. I have no idea how many supplements I’ve tried over the past 15 years, but it has to be well over 100. I've found ahandfull that really help.
To get to the point, about four months I started taking a liquid supplement called ASEA. The change it’s made in my energy level and mental acuity has been incredible. I feel like the clock’s been turned back 10-15 years. I think it’s even helped relieve somewhat my dry eyes and mouth. It’s had a huge impact on my life. So I wanted to reach out to others with Sjogrens and share my experience in the hopes that it might be of some help to them. Has anyone else tried ASEA? If so, did it help? I’d love to hear from anyone who has.
