 My name is Tahanee, and just before Christmas I went to have some spots checked.
It was my first time. I expected sun spots / skin cancers, due to my lifestyle while younger.. 5 where removed. 
I wasn't prepared for LUPUS, to be one of those.
 Within days I was sent to a specialist in skin cancer, he's now sent me to a Rheunologist?
 .........  
  I live in Melbourne Australia.
My phone has been SILENT since I told family I have SLE.
I'm so scared...

    hi there, i am from India...even i have SLE...it was diagnosed since 2008 when i was pursuiny my MBA from the States..I understand its a scary disease...but please dont be depressed about it...one has to live life fully..i do understand one gets tired, actually too tired...but make sure that you try to sit in the evening for yourself and try to do pranayama-yoga...its just breathing in and breathing out....starting from 5 minutes to 15 minutes everyday...you will feel a difference in yourself for sure....
