In Full Force

My social anxiety is in full force right now. I have to go to school, but I can't. I keep thinking about all those people surrounding me every minute from class to class, inbetween classes, constantly. I know I'm about to have a panic attack. I swear, if anyone talks to me, asks me how I am, I know that I'm going to start sobbing and hyperventilating. I don't know how I'm going to make it through the day.

I understand, it used to happen to me at campus too lol. :) It's so nice to know theres people who understand these feelings. I agree w/ lovely gal, it did help alot to go the bathroom and take breaks. Going to the school counselor is also a good idea, maybe you could even tell your teachers (?) your situation they might give you accommodations. Wish you the best always, wpfly133

That used to happen to me at school, i find sometimes i would try and take a break when i felt my anxiety rising, i would go to the toilets and have some deep breaths or i would go to the school counsellor.
