Its Been Hell

I started having anxiety problems when i was 16. I would have panic attacks at resturaunts and grocery stores. I never really understood why until i did more research. Whenever i used to go out in public places. I couldnt ever handle it. I felt like i had to leave because i couldnt breathe and i felt like i would fall over, like the whole place would collapse. Im now 18, and i have way fewer attacks now. I am doing much better but i still can struggle with this problem. Its just less frequent. But when you look back it makes you feel strong :)

That's the spirit lol. That display of progress should be enough to inspire because it shows that its possible :)

It is possible. :) Just got to learn how to control your attacks which I have also done. It's also good to speak to someone who has had your problem too! Makes you feel not so alone

Me too. I don't want to feel alone anymore. I wish I had a friend that suffers from social anxiety like I do. :(

Maybe you do ? Not everyone is open with anxiety because they don't want to feel embarrassed. But a lot of people do suffer from some type of form of it

I have social anxiety...We are a group of MANY!

there are alot of people like is very difficult to find each other because some...including me...find it shameful

It is nothing to be ashamed of. Many people suffer from anxiety, normal people. People you see walking around in stores. Everywhere you go someone is. If you ever need to talk about it don't hesitate to message me :)

You're right, everyone to some degree has social shyness. But I must assume we are going through something worse, because I feel like such an actor and I feel like I'm lying to everyone I meet and most importantly myself. It gets to me sometimes.
