Apparently - I Have Social Anxiety &Amp; Never Knew It

Until a few months ago, I was unaware of anything called Social Anxiety. But, I’m a natural researcher…so I started looking online about some of my weird quirks and Social Anxiety came up a few times. I often walk with my head down, hate crossing streets in front of cars, enjoy quiet time, and frequently look at my cellphone to avoid getting trapped in small talk with people-because I usually sound like a moron during small talk. I don’t really like that these personality traits seem to equal a dysfunction! Not that I plan on taking medication or anything to become “normal”, but still wish the world wouldn’t view these rather simplistic traits as odd.
