Torn between wanting to talk to people, but not really wanting to talk to people. Not wanting to feel self conscious after talking to people.. And wanting to feel less alone. Idk if I'm just really shy, introverted, or if its social anxiety.

Take small bites. A few small exchanges requiring no right or wrong answers. Just friendly back and forth. Engage a child in conversation. Or talk about something that makes you happy.
