hang out with people that don't make you anxious.. there's nothing wrong with being quiet

I'm in therapy but besides that, having a regular exercise routine, eating healthier, talking to people who care about you, and doing deep breathing exercises really help. And if you're religious, praying also helps.

Paxcil helped. But I also forced myself into awkward situations. I still get nervous as hell but sometimes it doesn't feel so bad. I try and hang out with people. I give meetings to executives and large groups now. Still makes me want to scream but at least I am not refusing
