try yoga.... I decided to try it and I was so surprised how much it has helped with my anxiety.
Rodney Yes is the guy. you can watch him on YouTube ... awesome stuff.. give it a try and in 1 week I bet, you'll start feeling less anxious.

i hope it actually works .. i started jogging, i cant see a ******* change .. tried 4-7-8 breathing twice a day, but nothing .. will try this also .. may be this will do
