Blond Arrest Freak

m y husband and I am a builder having a model home (which we moved into until it sells)next door to the lady direct from hell.  she used to take pictures of us and our workers all the time until she recently installed 5 surveillance cameras all on one side of the house - our side and pointing inside our windows.  now she studies what we do all day long.  she had an earlier misunderstanding with my husband and myself which resulted in us not being able to step on her property and was warned by police. after the misunderstanding she threatened to "make us pay" for a decision we made she didnt like as builders. whilst pulling weeds my foot crossed the line and she got it on tape and i was arrested criminally because i was told earlier to stay off.  the magistrate dismissed the charges and i feverishly worked to expunge the records.  i filed a complaint against the policeman for not evaluating the situation better as criminal charges ruin someones life and this was clearly not criminal but should have been civil. i provided snapshot picture (my husband took) of me getting arrested...weeds in one hand and dog in other. to date, i am being followed by the police, and police sit outside our home intimidating me.  today police were here again at my neighbors as she has called them to view a tape of me backing out of my driveway as lots of time i cut short my turn and clip the edge of her mulch bed..about 3 inches to be exact (which I'm sure is part of my property).  police did not come to my house but im sure im going to be arrested again.  what recourse do i have if any to stop this madness.
