I Have Something I Need to Say

Please don't think that just because I don't jump to every defense that I don't care about my circle because it is quite the opposite. I have found however that I have to be objective and see things for myself as opposed to jumping to believe that a person is bad just because one person tells me they are bad.

You won't find fungirl posting negative comments in public or private about any person because that is just not the way I roll. If I feel the need to defend a person I do it, but I do so in private so that it doesn't change the opinions of others about the persons here.

There have been so many attacks on everyone as of late, including some on fungirl. A lot of these could be worked out between the parties if we stayed out of the mix. I am guilty of stepping in sometimes in the past to act as a mediator only to find that the parties didn't need me at all.

Anyway I just had to say that and now I feel better.

I agree completely and hope that I haven't unintentionally stepped on anyone's feelings. It's not what I want to do. In the heat of give and take on a sensitive subject, people may take offense but that's what talking about a subject is all about, having differing views but not attacking the person just because you don't agree with their view. We all have a right to be wrong.

I agree with you.....

sometime sensetive people come up once in a while....and get offended very easily...its sad because I know sometime the truth hurts but thats the only way we learn as human...Sometimes we need to be point our bad things in eather for us to see...

But dont worry funngirlmmmm..You have ageat heart and If somoene does not get you then they are dumb for not respecting a smart girl like you...

I say BE THE BETTER PERSON and to bad for them....

they snoose and lose out on a good friend like you.......

I have been through some wierd ones too, but i just egnore them if they are disrespectful...

You are never a negative but a bright and shining light among many people here. I love you too and you know so much about me too and some of the things/ppl that have hurt me here.

Although right now all I can think about is your comment to ACGK...LMAO

Why would anyone say something bad about you? I am so glad I have missed all this petty stuff.

I thought EP was a place away from reality. If anyone is miserable in real life, check that at the door.

I still do not know how ANYONE could dare say anything untoward about Fungirl.

Well stated FG! I wish everyone felt the same. EP is such a great community and I truly believe overall that there are some wonderful people here. However, I have had my fair share of attacks, mostly in private and some in public. It's hard to walk away and ignore them some of the time but I dont generally like alot of drama.

I think you have certainly diffused things here alot of the time and been caught in the middle and hurt. I think we all could learn a valuable lesson by just being decent, courteous people to one another. It takes so much energy to be negative...

Well put. I wish everyone on EP would be more positive and follow your example. EP can be a great place for airing opinions and building each other up. Where is the good in tearing each other apart? Isn't that why so many escape to the safety of a place like EP? You are a fabulous example of EP at its best FG and we are better for knowing you.
