Struggling Daily

I have been suffering from dystonia for about 3 years now. At first, I wasn't aware that I was suffering as a result of a neurological issue. I have always allowed myself to become really stressed out with daily life and thought my tight neck muscles and daily headaches were a result of my stressful job and me not managing my stress adequately. Things progressively went down hill to where I was taking too many work days off due to intolerable pain and depression.
I have just recently came to terms with the dystonia and accepeted it as my cross to bear. I have been fighting with my insurance to continue to pay for me receive Botox. They are indicating that I didn't show adequate success the first time I was injected. I just told the doctor that he didn't inject me in the right areas as he only injected the Botox in my scalp and face to treat my headaches.
I am afraid to take any oral medications as I once had a seizure while taking an antidepressant. I would love some advice or to hear how others out there are coping with daily life. I often feel so alone because others in my personal and professional life have no understanding of how difficult each day is with this condition.
Thank you!
