How Do You Realize What's Changed About Yourself?

My best friend says I've changed, and she wouldn't tell me how. I really don't know what I've changed about myself or what is different. As much as I try to think about myself and everything that I've gone through with her, I can't seem to figure it out. Is there really a way to analyze myself to understand where I went wrong or what is different about me?
