I find it really difficult to hold a deep and meaningful conversation with family, my partner and friends. I'm not great at articulating my words, therefore when I try to talk about my feelings etc, nothing comes out. Or I never know what to talk about. Anyone else like this? Or does anyone have tips or ideas on how to help? :)

I have a friend like this. Her and her exes have broken up because she doesn't tell them how she feels. I try to help her as much as I can. One thing you should do is really think about what you want to say and then think of examples, once you have these thoughts in your head it'll be easier for you to remember what to say and not choke up on what you feel like. Your first step is giving it a try and then the more you do it the easier it gets

It has definitely caused a few problems in my relationship, thank you! I'll try that, any ideas on how help fix this problem is much appreciated :)
