Take It Hard On Myself

Often I associate criticism with failure. I get anxious and panic right away. When it's too much or to harsh, I change gears fast and feel angry, ready to "fight back", when it's merely suggested, I feel hopeless. Sometimes I am so afraid of criticism that I find myself hiding, keeping a low profile. Camouflage is not a solution either.
