I Have a Similar Situation

I feel like you do most of the time.  But this time it's a little different.  I have an idea and have been trying to stay on top of it.  My problem is I don't know which way to turn. I've had a couple of million dollar ideas in the past too but I never know what to do about them - who do I see about the "next step"?  Who do I call? Et cetera!  For example, I wanted to buy a house to "flip" - I found a house, went and looked at it, checked on my available finances but now I don't know who to go to to purchase it! I don't want to have to join that ripoff Realty Trac to get more info (that's not right to have to force people into paying for something that ought to be public record) - I can't find out what agent or agency is handling the property for me to buy it from.

I don't want to give up but it's headed that way.  Why don't things ever go smoothly?  Is it because everything happens for a reason?  And my day will come?  I just don't want to be crippled, deaf, dumb, or blind when it does!

A little opposition to a great idea is expected but to keep hitting a brick wall with an idea means that God (or the Universe - if you don't believe, lol) is trying to protect you in some way. Have you done any research on your own about this? Let me know if you need some help - I love research (I used to be a Paralegal).
