I have tried really hard to stop cutting. Over the past couple years it has become somewhat of an addiction for me. Whenever I was upset, angry or just feeling anything I didn't want to feel I would cut myself. I stopped cutting a couple months ago because I know it isn't healthy. Last week I cut myself again... I don't even really know why anymore. I just wish I didn't feel the need to cut all the time. I guess it is harder to stop than I first thought.

Do you ever talk about your feelings to anyone? You can only numb out the emotional pain with physical pain. Be strong enough to face them head on. You've got the whole world on your side.

think about something else, call a friend or someone else to talk about whatever you want , keep yourself busy with other things ... you will see the difference, after a while will ho away that urge
