When I have vertigo I get manic and hyper and inability to focus all the time. I get speeding and racing thoughts. I have a very, very busy brain. It keeps me up at night when I'm either anxious or have vertigo or have mania. I have to take Benadryl. That helps.

I exercise 4 days a week for 2 hours. It's intensive. I didn't work out before, but now I am. I get a an immense amount of runner's high along with other things.

Right now I am tired but my body and head have a lot of energy. It's weird. When I workout in P.E class it's harder for me to do things because I get more dizzy, but I can handle it!
